This fix may not be needed if your phone starts normally upon a successful reboot. But if your device constantly reboots into SS RDX Mode, you may need to Factory Reset your Samsung device.
To factory reset your Samsung Phone, you need to boot into recovery mode. To enter into recovery mode and factory reset your Samsung device, follow the steps below.
- Power off your device. If you are unable to shut down your device, drain the battery completely. Then connect the charger and charge your device around 2-3 percent.
- Once the device is turned off, press and hold the Power+Volume Up+Bixby buttons simultaneously. If your device doesn’t have a Bixby button, then press and hold Power+Volume Up buttons.
- After booting into Recovery Mode, use your Volume buttons to navigate the menu. Select the “Wipe data/factory reset” from the menu and press the Power button to confirm it.
- Now select “Factory data reset” using the Volume down button and press the Power button to confirm it.
- After that, reboot your device and your problem should be fixed.
